Ingredients for 4 people:
Carnaroli rice: 340 grams;
White wine: half a glass;
Vegetable broth: to taste;
Parsley; to taste;
Salt and pepper: to taste;
White onions: 1;
Grated Parmigiano Reggiano DOP: 50 grams;
Fresh porcini mushrooms: 300 grams;
Butter: 50 grams;
2 tablespoons of Dast Truffle black truffle cream;
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil;
Fresh black truffle Dast Truffle.
Preparation:

Prepare the mushrooms : Start by cleaning the porcini mushrooms to remove any dirt, then slice them thinly and set aside. Melt some butter in a nonstick pan and add a clove of garlic. Add the porcini mushrooms and cook, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the rice : In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion, sautéing for a few minutes. Now add the rice, season with salt, and toast for a few minutes. Then, add the white wine, making sure to evaporate all the alcohol, and continue cooking, adding the vegetable broth.

Add the ingredients : stirring occasionally, add the mushrooms and cook until they're done. Now add the chopped parsley and butter.

Stir in the risotto : Add the Parmesan cheese and our black truffle cream, then stir well to blend the risotto and make it creamy and flavorful. Season with salt and pepper.
