Growing up, we took different paths. But our land never truly let go of us. Molise is a region that doesn't scream, doesn't impose itself: it waits. And when we paused to listen, one autumn afternoon spent at the village bar, that call was still there, precise, deeply rooted, impossible to ignore. That day, Dast Truffle was born.

We didn't just want to create a brand. We wanted to tell a story: every product we sell, every step in the woods near home is part of a precise choice: to harvest ethically, respecting natural cycles and the right season. Our dogs are companions, not tools, and the local harvesters we work with bring a knowledge that cannot be found in books. Every transformation happens without haste, because truffles, like this land, do not like to be rushed.

Today, Dast is a bridge between the woods of Molise and the tables of those who, wherever they are, seek something true. But for us, it remains above all a promise: to restore value to our land, without ever forgetting where it all began.
