Two Molise excellences in a single product. The scamorza from Caseificio Artigianale Santa Maria, made with hand-stretched curd, local milk, and a production process that takes no shortcuts, meets Molise truffles selected by us from our local forests.
The result is a roughly 130-140 gram cheese with the unmistakable aroma of fresh milk, undergrowth, and the best Molise truffle. It melts in the pan, can be sliced on a cutting board, or served as is.
Artisanally produced, it is available in small quantities and while supplies last.
